Growing a National Movement for Youth Fitness.
We believe every child deserves the chance to move, grow, and thrive, regardless of ZIP code. Far too many children, especially in under-resourced communities, lack access to safe spaces, equipment, and programs that make physical activity fun and inclusive.
Fit Kids changes that.
We partner with schools and youth organizations to bring structured, research-informed movement and mindfulness programs to every child, building strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits. What began as a local initiative is now part of a growing national movement for youth fitness, one that recognizes movement as a human right and sees joyful, inclusive play as essential to lifelong health and confidence.
Students are engaged in the activities and enjoy using the various equipment they aren’t normally accustomed to using or seeing. Fit Kids expanded the ideas around fitness and living an active lifestyle to our students.
